The Great Outdoors by Erica Perkins

This week's challenge was to scrap with the idea of The Great Outdoors in mind. What a great theme for the summer seeing that it can incorporate pretty much anything outside. The backyard BBQ, a hike, playing at a local playground, or roughin' it in the woods the options are endless.

I'd have loved to do a mini album like Debbie put together, but I just did not have any time, so last night I sat down with some papers from 3 Bugs in a Rug that I picked up earlier this year and some photos from a couple of our summer getaways. The first is a layout of my son enjoy a colossus marshmallow after roasting it himself.

This second layout is me with my two kids after a short hike a local look out point up on the Sunshine Coast in BC.

Can't wait to see how The Great Outdoors inspires you this week. And don't forget to link us up so we can see what you've been up to.
